Why are the commisions so low?

paw3dprint.com aims to be a transparent platform for its users. The commission is set low because it is the estimated cost for maintaining the servers and covering bank fees. Our goal is to create a pleasant environment for both customers and artists, where they can share and enjoy 3D printing.

How can I upload my 3D models?

From the top right corner of the website, click on Become a Seller. You will be required to provide mandatory tax information for the Spanish Tax Agency. Please note that this information is private and will only be used for paw3dprint's tax declaration and to connect the seller with the final customer. Under no circumstances will paw3dprint publish any user's personal data unless required by a judge, as explained in our terms and conditions of use.

When can I withdraw my money?

Once you accumulate €100 in sales, you can claim your money, and it will be deposited into the bank account you have provided. The minimum amount is set at €100 because banks charge fees for transfers, and this way, we can reduce the number of monthly transfers, thereby lowering bank fees and maintaining the lowest sales commission in the market. What does the personal use license from Paw3DPrint mean?

The personal use license is a private license that allows the buyer to print the purchased 3D object for personal use. At no time can the buyer sell physical or digital reproductions of the purchased model. To sell physical or digital models, a commercial license expressed by the SELLER USER is required. If it is not available in our catalog, we suggest contacting the seller user directly.

I have detected an illegitimate model or one that belongs to me. How should I proceed?

In all models in the Paw3dPrint catalog, at the bottom left of the model view, you will find a flag which is the Paw3dPrint reporting system. If you have found any anomaly or a stolen model that belongs to you, you can report the model, and the Paw3dPrint administration will be able to remove the model in case of violation of the terms and conditions of use. If you are a company that owns the intellectual property rights of any of the models published on the platform, you can contact the Paw3dPrint administration through the reporting system, and the administration will contact you as soon as possible to resolve any issues. Paw3dPrint reserves the right to arbitrarily remove any model published on the platform unilaterally or at the request of a judge.
