3D Printing Parameters

1. Layer Height: For FDM, a range of 0.12mm – 0.16mm is recommended to preserve the facial details and the border texture. For Resin, use 0.03mm – 0.05mm for a professional, glass-smooth finish.
2. Infill: 15 – 20% (Gyroid or Cubic patterns are recommended for internal structural support).
3. Supports: TECHNICAL ANALYSIS: If printed horizontally (lying flat on its back), this model is support-free. If printed vertically, light supports are required for the sword hilt, the tip of the nose, and the upper curvature of the outer arch to prevent sagging or print failure.
4. Suggested Material: PURPOSE ANALYSIS: For FDM, a "Silk Gold" or "Antique Silver" PLA will accentuate the metallic nature of the armor and the depth of the reliefs. For Resin, a standard Grey or "Tough" resin is ideal to capture the crispness of the ornamental cross and the fine border details.
