Description

I design this model to help me creating the powerwall battery to isolate my home from the electric company.

The model is ultra light weight, but tough enough to support 4 packs of at least six 18650 cells, 5 cells for each pack will be inside the holder and the sixth cell will be outside the holder.

Each of the compartments has more or less one centimeter extra in length to let wires of AWG14(2mmSquare) to fit in there.

PrintSettings

Nozzle: 0.4

Layer height: 0.2(first), 0.28 the rest.

Layers: wall 5; Bottom: 4; top 4 (walls are 1mm, so no more than 2 layers will be printed)

Infill: 18% Kind: gyroid.

Speed: 40mm/s

Support: No

Brim/Skirt: Skirt for purge, but not needed.

Raft: No

Note: Your printed should have the correct flow, the models are based on a 0.1 tolerance space.
